ASTANA. KAZINFORM - HC Barys Astana have devastated HC Metallurg 5:2 in Novokuznetsk in their first away game of this season, Kazinform has learnt from Vesti.kz.
Nikolay Antropov of Barys scored the opener in the 14th minute of the first period followed by the second goal from Roman Starchenko. Guests managed to disappoint Metallurg three times in the second stanza - two goals from Dustin Boyd and one from Brandon Bochenski. Barys are set to play next game on road vs. HC Sibir in Novosibirsk on September 15.
