KHL: Barys 5th in Eastern Conference

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - After suffering the 5:3 loss to SKA Saint Petersburg, HC Barys managed to preserve their 5th spot in the KHL Eastern Conference. Barys have earned 33 points this season so far, Kazinform has learnt from Sports.kz.
HC Metallurg from Magnitogorsk are the leaders of the KHL Eastern Conference with 44 points. The Magnitogorsk-based team are followed closely by HC Avangard Omsk and HC Ak Bars Kazan. Earlier it was reported that HC Barys will play their next game against Yugra from Khanty-Mansiysk on October 27.
