"Khan Shatyry" Complex to be put into service in a month: Kazakh President

ASTANA. May 25. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "Khan Shatyry" Entertainment Complex will be put into service in a month", Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said at the 3rd International Qurultay (Congress) of Turkic-speaking countries on architecture and town planning taking place in Astana today.
The Head of the State said that Astana was built under a general plan developed by Japanese architect Kisho Kurakava who laid in its foundation the unity of a man, city and nature.
The President wished the participants of the Qurultay fruitful work.
Architects from 30 countries including the TURKSOI member states take part in the Qurultay. Representatives of Afghanistan, India, Ukraine and other states are participating as guests.
