«Kazzinc -Torpedo» Coach to head Kazakh ice hockey National team at Winter Universiade
ASTANA. November 7. KAZINFORM - The head coach of "Kazcink – Topedo" ice hockey team (Ust-Kamenogorsk) Vladimir Plyschev will head the national team of Kazakhstan at the Winter Universiade in Italy, Vesti.kz reports.
The Universiade will be held in Trentino from December 10 to 21. The Russian student national hockey team got to the group B together with the teams of Slovakia, the Czech Republic and the UK. Kazakhstan will perform with the teams from Canada, Ukraine and Japan.
The offer was made at the beginning of the season then the issue was discussed at the executive committee of the Federation of Kazakhstan. Vladimir Plyschev was approved to the post of head coach of the Kazakh national team few days ago.
According to the former head coach of the Russian national team " the team left to Korea for the two friendly games. Upon arrival I will meet with the coach who took the team out to the games, we will discuss the candidates and I will prepare the team for the Universiade which will take place in Italy", said Plyschev.
