Kazhydromet predicts fog, thunderstorm and black ice in Kazakhstan Mar 28

Rainy and windy weather persists in most parts of Kazakhstan today due to the active cyclone centered over western Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency reports citing Kazhydromet.
Heavy rainfall is predicted for the country's north and south, the met service says.
Foggy conditions are forecast across the country.
Southern regions will see thunderstorm, squall and hail. Black ice will form on the roads of western, northwestern and northern regions.
The met service warns that wind speed in mountain passes of Turkistan region, in mountainous and piedmont areas of Zhambyl region may exceed 30 meters per second.
