"Currently, state bodies take interest in using earth distance remote sensing data to solve sectoral tasks for free. Kazcosmos may provide state bodies and organizations with earth remote sensing images free of charge if the budget allocates about KZT 2,5 bln annually to the Earth Remote Sensing Space System national operator for its exploitation costs," he said. The Earth Remote Sensing Space System national operator includes two satellite vehicles of high and medium space resolution, ground purpose-oriented complex and earth remote sensing aircraft ground control centre in Astana.
