Kazakhstan’s Rybakina fails to reach quarterfinals at BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells

World No. 7 Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan was upset in the Round of 16 at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, USA, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.
Rybakina lost to world No. 11 Mirra Andreeva of Russia with a score of 1-6, 2-6 in two sets in the quarterfinals.
Thus, she failed to propel to the quarterfinals of the prestigious tournament.
This year tournament’s money prize stands at $8,963,700. The winner will earn $1,124,380, and 1,000 ranking points.
