Kazakhstan’s Popko sails into 4th final in a row, extends winning streak

Kazakhstan’s Dmitry Popko is having his best season after reaching the fourth final in a row in Argentina and extending his winning streak to 19 matches, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from Sports.kz.
The 3rd-seed Popko propelled to the final of the ITF M25 Tucuman tournament in Argentina edging out Argentinian Federico Agustin Gomez in three sets 4-6, 6-2, 6-1.
In the final the Kazakhstani will face Brazilian Pedro Sakamoto seeded 4th at the tournament.
Previously Popko claimed wins in the finals of three American-based tournaments in a row at the M15 Sunrise, M15 Palm and M25 Naples.
