Kazakhstan’s pop diva Roza Rymbayeva celebrates her 67th birth anniversary
Kazakhstani people’s artist and famous singer Roza Rymbayeva turns 67th today, October 28, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.
Born on October 28, 1957, at the passing loop no.9 of Dzhangiztobe station in Semipalatinsk region, Rymbayeva boasts the titles of Golden Voice of Kazakhstan and Singing Nightingale of Central Asia.
The Kazakhstani was named after singer Roza Baglanova. Rymbayeva’s elder brother was also a musician, who had a great influence on her during the childhood.
Kazakhstan’s lyric soprano has the voice spanning four octaves. In 2020, Rymbayeva became the honorary citizen of Almaty.
Ali Okapov, son of Roza Rymbayeva, took to his Instagram account to congratulate his mother. The singer stated he has been involved in shooting a biographical film about his mother as a producer.
