Kazakhstan’s Kurmangaliyev hauls bronze at WTT Youth Contender Tunis

Kurmangaliyev bagged bronze in the U19 Boys Singles event. 

During the tournament, he defeated Danilo Faso of Italy (3:0), Rafal Formela of Poland (3:1), Jan Mrugala of Poland (3:0), Stepan Brhel of Czech Republic (3:1), and Tom Closset of Belgium (3:1).

However, the Kazakhstani table tennis player lost to Iulian Chirita of Romania with a score of 0:3 in the semifinals, settling for bronze.

As reported earlier, Kazakhstan’s Kurmangaliyev was upset in the U19 Boys Singles quarterfinals of the WTT Youth Contender Tunis quarterfinals.
