Kazakhstan's Kalmagambetov crowned U20 world champion in Bratislava

Kazakhstan finished the Greco-Roman wrestling competition at the U20 World Championships in Bratislava, Slovakia, with one medal as Kazybek Kalmagambetov claimed gold in the −67 kg weight category, Qazinform News Agency cites the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Kazakh team placed seventh in the medal standings.
Russia topped the table with three gold, two silver, and one bronze medal, followed by Azerbaijan with one gold, one silver, and three bronze medals.
Armenia and Uzbekistan shared third place, with each team winning one gold, one silver, and two bronze medals.
Earlier, Qazinform News Agency reported Kazakhstan's taekwondo team had claimed its third medal at the President Cup in Lahore, Pakistan.
