Kazakhstan’s boxer Ali Akhmedov survives knockdown, defeats French Pierre Hubert Dibombe

Kazakhstan’s Ali Akhmedov (21-1, 16kos) won over Pierre Hubert Dibombe of France (22-1-1, 12kos) with a split decision of judges in the super middleweight bout. The Kazakhstani survived a knockdown in the 8th round.

Ali Akhmedov of Kazakhstan scored his 22^nd win, while Pierre Hubert Dibombe of France suffered his second loss. The Kazakhstani knocked out Carlos Rivera (29-5-1, 18kos) of Venezuela in April and Encarnacion Diaz (18-5, 11kos) of Costa Rica in May.
