ASTANA. KAZINFORM 9,800 marriages were recorded January this year at large, the Statistics Agency reports.
The number of marriages grew by 10,9% in January this year against the last January. The marriage rate per 1,000 population reached 6,68. Besides, 4,100 divorces were recorded for the said period decreasing by 2,4% as compared to the analogous period of the 2013. The divorce rate per 1,000 totaled 2,77.
