Kazakhstani voters in the Middle East cast ballots in Qurultay elections
Polling stations for the Qurultay elections continue to operate at Kazakhstan's diplomatic missions across the Middle East on Sunday, Qazinform News Agency's correspondent in the region reports.
Kazakhstanis living or temporarily staying in the region have been arriving at polling stations since morning to exercise their constitutional right and take part in this important political event.
It is noteworthy that in many Middle Eastern countries, Sunday is a working day. Despite this, voters are finding time to visit polling stations and cast their ballots.
Among those voting are employees of Kazakh companies and organizations, students, entrepreneurs, members of the Kazakh diaspora, and citizens temporarily staying in the Middle East.
Although thousands of kilometers from home, Kazakhstanis emphasize the importance of participating in the country's political life and contributing to its future with their votes.
For many citizens, voting abroad is also an opportunity to meet fellow compatriots. Diplomatic missions have created all the necessary conditions for citizens to participate in the elections.
Voting is taking place according to local time and will continue until 8:00 p.m.
