Kazakhstani swimmer Dmitriy Balandin won first Olympic gold in swimming for Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The men's 200m breaststroke final was held at the Olympic Games in Rio today, Sports.kz informs.
Kazakhstani Dmitriy Balandin won the final with the best time - 2:07.46. His gold medal has become the second gold for Kazakhstan at the Rio Olympics. Balandin has become the first Kazakhstani Olympic champion in swimming.
