Kazakhstani smartphone app to compete with Viber

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan developers created an application for smartphones and pads with 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity to make free calls, the press service of the National Agency for Technological Development JSC said.
According to the Open Technologies Group team, the Kazakh inventors proceeded to implementing Social Booth app in Moscow and filling its catalogue. The sound quality will depend on the quality of smartphone Internet only. Unlike Viber, which needs both parties to have high-quality 3G or Wi-FI, Kazakhstan's app requires just one party's Internet connectivity.
