Kazakhstani reaches quarterfinal of 2024 Australian Open Juniors

Kazakhstan’s Assylzhan Arystanbekova advanced to the quarterfinal of the 2024 Australian Open Junior Championships, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation.
The Kazakhstani paired with Yuliya Perapekhina of Belarus defeated the tournament’s five-seeded tandem Hayu Kinoshita and Wakana Sonobe – 6-4, 2-6, 10-7 in Round of 16 of the 2024 Australian Open Juniors.
The Kazakh-Belarusian duo is to next meet British Hannah Klugman and Mingge Xu seeded second at the tournament.
