Kazakhstani meteorologists predict disturbed weather for midweek

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Disturbed weather with fog, ice sleet and blizzard is set to persist in most regions of Kazakhstan today. According to Kazhydromet, Kazakhstan's national forecaster, only eastern and south-eastern regions of the country will enjoy weather without precipitation.
Strong wind with gusts up to 28 meters per second will hit Almaty region. Gusty wind and fog are also expected in North Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Aktobe, Atyrau, Mangystau, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl and South Kazakhstan regions. Fog will blanket Karaganda, East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions. Wind, fog and ice sleet will also take hold of Akmola region today as well.
