Kazakhstani judoka wins big at 2014 Judo Grand Prix

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani judoka Maksim Rakov has won the 2014 Judo Grand Prix in Astana, Kazinform has learned from Vesti.kz.
The world champion Rakov beat Dimitri Peters from Germany in the final bout to clinch the 2014 title in his category. Earlier it was Yeldos Smetov who also hauled gold in his weight category. In total, Kazakhstani judokas collected two gold, two silver and three bronze medals at the event.
