Kazakhstani graduates start passing Unified National Testing

ASTANA. June 4. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Today Kazakhstani school graduates start to pass the Unified National Testing (UNT).
According to the press service of Kazakh Education and Science Ministry, 129,471 graduates (81 percent), including 85,372 - from the Kazakh schools and 44,099 - from the Russian schools will pass the test. This year the Unified National Testing will take place in 154 testing centers - 105 in rural areas, 49 in the cities.
The test will last till June 10.
The UNT includes five subjects: mathematics, the history of Kazakhstan, Russian or Kazakh language, and a subject of choice. Each subject includes 25 test pieces and the time allowed is three and a half hours.
