Kazakhstan wakes up to weather without precipitation

Snowfall, blizzard, and stiff wind are forecast for northern and eastern Kazakhstan, the national weather agency said in a statement. Chances of rain and snow mixed will be high in the south and southeast of the country.

Foggy and slippery conditions are expected across Kazakhstan.
