Kazakhstan urges Polish companies to participate in EXPO-2017

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Rapil Zhoshybayev has met today with a Polish delegation led by Minister of Economy Janusz Piechociński.

"Sales turnover between Kazakhstan and Poland made $777,7 million in 9 months of 2014. Approximately, it is 1% of Kazakhstan's overall sales turnover this year," Deputy Minister Zhoshybayev said. He noted that Kazakhstan successfully implements a number of joint projects with Polish partners in construction, agricultural, processing, energy and chemical spheres. "We hope to see more investors from Poland in the nearest future. More Polish companies should take part in the EXPO-2017 project in Astana," Zhoshybayev said.
