Kazakhstan, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam and Iran named as 'New Asian Tigers'

ASTANA. July 5. KAZINFORM - Asia will remain the fastest growing region in the world to 2050 , thus, on this basis, recovery and development are expected in Kazakhstan, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam and Iran. Such a conclusion has been reached by experts interviewed by "Institute of Post-Crisis World" fund.

In Astana there was held a discussion of a special study called "Vision for 2050: The trends of new world and Kazakhstan's chances" which was worked out by "Institute of Post-Crisis World" fund.

"As we know, today Asia is an area of formed new center of power, economic might which involves a number of economies, giving the most rapid pace of development. On the other hand, there is a risk which once Japan faced. Asia is a zone of permanent geopolitical conflict which will not decrease, and, judging by recent events, on the contrary, they will increase. Despite all these risks, the expert community says Asia 2050 will remain the fastest growing region in the world", said Katerina Shipova, the fund director.

According to her words, there will occur "New Asian Tigers", will be created fertile ground for rise and enhancement of countries' breakthrough. Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam, Iran and Kazakhstan were named by the expert as "New Asian Tigers".
