Kazakhstan to set up construction quality control labs

ASTANA. January 14. KAZINFORM At today's Government meeting held in Astana the Kazakh PM charged the Regional Development Ministry to create construction and building materials quality control laboratories till the end of 2014.
The PM mentioned successful practice of Belarus as an instance for there are lots of laboratories to control quality of window units. "It is one of the main elements of the energy efficiency of our houses, if not the key one," S. Akhmetov added. In a conclusion the PM charged the Ministry to establish laboratories in order to check quality of all building materials to approach international standards and energy efficiency of houses.
