Kazakhstan to raise the problem of the Aral Sea at EXPO 2015

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan will raise the problem of the Aral Sea at EXPO 2015 in Milan, Commissioner-general of Kazakhstan's section at EXPO 2015 Anuarbek Mussin announced at a press conference on Friday.
"The International specialized exhibition in Milan will be held under the theme Feeding the planet, energy for life. The theme of our EXPO event resembles it, we will also raise the problem of energy crisis in the future," Mr. Mussin told the press conference. In Milan, Kazakhstan will bring up the problems of agriculture and ecology. "We will also raise the problem of the Aral Sea, the planet's worst environmental disaster. Kazakhstan goes to great lengths to preserve the Aral Sea," he added.
