Kazakhstan to mark United Nations Day

ASTANA. October 19. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakhstan will hold festive events dedicated to the Day of the United Nations Organizations Oct 22-23, Kazinform has learnt from the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Office.
The United Nations Day is marked every year on Oct 24, he added.
In particular, on Oct 23 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will hold a roundtable with the participation of the representatives of state bodies of Kazakhstan, diplomatic corps and the UN structures accredited in our country. Besides, a roundtable devoted to the Millennium Goals Program adopted at the UN Summit in 2000 will be organized at the National Eurasian Gumilyov University.
