Kazakhstan to launch 7 house-building factories until yearend - Rau

ASTANA. January 14. KAZINFORM Seven new house-building factories will be put into service in Kazakhstan this year, First Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies Albert Rau told a Government meeting on Tuesday.

"This year it is planned to launch seven projects, including five in the first halfyear and two in the second halfyear," he said.

According to First Deputy Minister, the first seven house-building factories were put into operation in 2013, the primeminister.kz reports..

Rau expressed confidence that the domestic construction industry was ready to meet the growing needs of the state program "Affordable Housing 2020".

On the whole it is planned to launch 17 house building factories with a total design capacity of approximately 1.5 million square meters of housing per year.

These factories enable to build housing in the fastest possible time regardless of weather conditions, improve the quality of construction, which will reduce the cost of construction. Read more
