Minister Bakytzhan Zhumagulov told the session of the Cabinet on Tuesday.

In his words, the first results of the new electronic system have demonstrated 15% rise in students' performance. "Nearly one million people - students, teachers and parents - are involved into this program," he said proudly.

"Due to the fact that things are moving rapidly with e-learning across the world, we've decided to speed up the project in Kazakhstan as well. We hope to complete it by 2016, instead of 2020 as it was planned earlier," Minister Zhumagulov stated.
