Kazakhstan to increase social spending by 41 bln tenge in 2011

TANA. September 13. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "The Government of Kazakhstan will increase social spending by almost KZT 41 bln in 2011," Finance Minister of Kazakhstan Bolat Zhamishev told during the presentation of the draft law on amendments to the republican budget for 2011-2013.
"The means will be forwarded to financing free medical attention through the guaranteed amount of aid, strengthening of material and technical base of healthcare organizations, and welfare payments gain, construction of day-care centres, development of Nazarbayev University."
