Kazakhstan to host World MMA Championship in 2017

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan will host the first World MMA Championship in 2017 at the same time as the EXPO-2017 event in Astana, announced President of the Kazakhstan Mixed Martial Arts Federation Anatoly Kim.
Mr. Kim confirmed the news at a weekly press conference at the Central Communications Service in Astana on Monday. "The decision to hold the 2017 world championship in Kazakhstan was made in Amsterdam. Our bid was approved and we are really excited that the MMA event will coincide with the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017," he added.
