Kazakhstan to create virtual museums system, minister

"Today the society understands significance of enhancing the role of culture and art as spiritual, cultural, economic and social capital of irreparable value for the development of our society. Pursuant to the President's instruction the ministry developed the country's cultural policy concept to create competitive cultural mindset and development of modern cultural clusters," he added. "Currently we are working at forming the National Literature and Art Council under the President and arts councils under the ministry. The virtual museums system will be set up by 2025. The role of library, its status as a cultural, educational and information centre will be enhanced," the minister stressed focusing on the main priorities of Kazakhstan in the sphere of culture.
