Kazakhstan to continue rendering assistance to Kyrgyzstan: President
ASTANA. December 3. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Kazakhstan will keep on rendering humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan. President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev made it public during the press conference upon the results of the OSCE Summit in Astana on Thursday.
As he said, the dramatic events happening in Kyrgyzstan every five years could not be called a revolution as long as this term referred to shifts resulting in changes of economical and political formations. In Kyrgyzstan it was only the power changed.
"The main reason of all events in Kyrgyzstan is economic underdevelopment, law standards of living and unemployment. During the talks the President of Kyrgyzstan asked me to accept more migrant workers. But we are in the Customs Union now and we have our obligations on external borders that impose some restrictions", the President said.
"In this regard, the main issue is to establish a legal government in Kyrgyzstan, form a coalition and government from the parties elected to the parliament. Secondly, we plan to hold an investment forum or a forum on rendering assistance next year in our country", the Head of the State noted.
"Today we render great humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan as well as to Afghanistan. We will continue doing it as long as possible. But non of the help will be useful if the country don't work and provide people with work", the President resumed.
