Kazakhstan to celebrate Family Day for first time

ASTANA. August 28. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan is to celebrate the Day of Family on the 8th of September for the first time ever, according to official spokesman of the Central Communications Service Altai Abibullayev.
A. Abibullayev reminded that in line with the presidential decree this holiday will be celebrated each second Sunday of September.
"The President has repeatedly stressed that the state starts with a family and it is crucial to strengthen the foundations and family values in our society. The Republican Women's Council is set to hold the international conference Family and social justice of generations on September 6 within the framework of the holiday," A. Abibullayev said.
