Kazakhstan to brace for fog, black ice and wind Feb 11

The National Met Office Kazhydromet has issued the weather forecast for Kazakhstan for February 11, Kazinform News Agency reports.
An anticyclone is to affect the weather conditions in the west, northwest and north of the country bringing cessation of precipitation and low temperatures.
The rest of the county will be under the influence of the cyclone and associated fronts, bringing precipitation as rain and snow, predicted to be heavy in the east.
The country is to brace for black ice, fog and strong wind, predicted to be accompanied with blizzard in the west, north, east and center.
