Within the framework of the third dimension there were held such events as the seminar on gender policy in Vienna, parliamentary conference in Almaty, Warsaw seminar dedicated to judiciary system. On July 10 OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Kazakh Secretary of State Kanat Saudabayev visited Copenhagen, where he was a major speaker at a conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Copenhagen document. "At the end of this month Kazakhstan will hold two important events - the High-Level Conference on Tolerance and Non-Discrimination and the III Astana Economic Forum" , K.Zhigalov said.

According to him, the subject of the post-crisis development at the OSCE space was not considered by previous chair countries. "Kazakhstan plans not only to consider it, but to come forward with a number of serious initiatives", he noted.
