Kazakhstan strongly condemns terrorist attack on civilians in India

"Kazakhstan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations; supports the use of the collective efforts of the international community to combat this phenomenon and calls for the early adoption of a comprehensive convention on international terrorism.

We express our deep condolences to the Government and people of India in connection with the deaths of Indian citizens and wish a speedy recovery to the victims of the terrorist act," the official statement reads.
