ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakhstan strives to actively create conditions for implementation of human capital potential. Majilis deputy Kylyshbai Bissenov has said it at the session of the Standing Committee on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sport of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly held in Odessa. The press service of the Kazakh Majilis informs of it.
"This year President N.Nazarbayev delivered annual Message "New Decade - New Economic Growth - New Opportunities of Kazakhstan", in which he paid special attention to the policy in the humanitarian sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Head of the State emphasized that "a man - is the main wealth of the country", that "successful implementation of the country's modernization strategy depends on knowledge, social and physical well-being of Kazakhstanis", K.Bissenov said.
The deputy noted that Kazakhstan is expected to solve the most important strategic goals in the humanitarian sphere by 2020. They will allow the Kazakh leadership to balance and harmonize the situation in the country, ensure our country's promotion in a number of advanced countries of the world.
