Kazakhstan shows successful path of development - Vice-Speaker of the State Duma V.Vasiliyev
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan demonstrates an energetic modern development path, this has been stated by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Vladimir Vasiliyev during the reception of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.
The event was held in "Volynskoye" Congress Park in Moscow on the occasion of Nauryz Holyday. Opening the ceremony Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Russia Marat Tazhin noted that the centuries-old holiday Nauryz is celebrated today in many countries, symbolizing the desire for peace, prosperity, tolerance and forgiveness.
"This festival brings together many nations of the world. I congratulate you on the holiday of spring and renewal!", said the Ambassador.
According to deputy chairman of the State Duma Vladimir Vasilyev, the Kazakh leadership headed by President Nursultan Nazarbayev create all the conditions for peace and harmony in the country.
"Kazakhstan demonstrates an energetic modern path of development", said the deputy. Deputy Foreign Minister Vasily Nebenzia noted that "relations between Russia and Kazakhstan are the remarkable example of not only a strategic partnership, but sincere friendship between the peoples".
The event has been attended by representatives of federal authorities, heads of foreign diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in the Russian Federation. In addition the ceremony joined well-known Russian and Kazakh figures of culture, education, science and business as well as veterans and representatives of the Kazakh Diaspora in Moscow.
