Kazakhstan should have reserve of its own capacities - S.Mynbayev

ASTANA. September 28. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ In the connection of failure of the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station Kazakhstan should have a reserve of its own capacities. Kazakh Minister of Energy and Mineral resources Sauat Mynbayev has announced it at the Government's session in Astana on Monday.
"It is clear that failure of the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station restricts opportunities of the Russian Federation in regulation of capacities and it is necessary to have the reserve of own capacities for Kazakhstan", S.Mynbayev said.
