Kazakhstan sets up council for youth entrepreneurship development

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A well-known Kazakhstani businessman Kenes Rakishev has been named as head of the Council for youth entrepreneurship development of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to Chairman of the Chamber Ablai Myrzakhmetov, the council is comprised of 15 members, namely MP Tanirbergen Berdongarov, expert Olzhas Khudaibergenov, president of the Young Entrepreneurs Association Marat Abiyev, founder of Voxpopuli web portal Alisher Yelikbayev and others. The council is expected to develop, assess and promote measures necessary for development of youth entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. It will enlist help of renowned businessmen, statesmen, public figures, members of NGOs, political parties, and mass media in order to discuss relevant issues.
