Kazakhstan sees Turkmenistan as a reliable partner in the region - Nursultan Nazarbayev

ASTANA. May 10. KAZINFORM - We see Turkmenistan as the nearest country, a good neighbor and a reliable partner in our region. This has been stated today by the President Nursultan Nazarbayev during the talks in expanded format with the Turkmen delegation headed by President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov.
"We appreciate your policy of modernization of social and economic life of Turkmenistan", said Nazarbayev.
However, the Kazakh leader noted that Kazakhstan supported the policy of the President of Turkmenistan to enhance cooperation with the international community, including with regional neighbors.
"We are pleased to note the growth of the Turkmen economy, which contributes to the welfare of your people", concluded Nazarbayev
