Kazakhstan's Shvedova knocks out host Krajicek at WTA tournament

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's Yaroslava Shvedova has outplayed Dutch Michaëlla Krajicek and eased into the quarterfinal of the WTA tournament in Hertongenbosch, the Netherlands, Kazinform refers to Sports.kz.
The 26-year-old Shvedova needed 1h 59 min to devastate Krajicek in straight sets 7:6, 7:6. The Kazakh athlete earned two break points and served five aces.
In the quarterfinal we will see Shvedova play against Klára Koukalová from the Czech Republic.
As reported earlier, in the first-round match the Kazakh athlete was also impressive and knocked out Slovak tennis player Dominika Cibulková.
