Kazakhstan's National Day celebrated in Washington, D.C

WASHINGTON, D.C. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan celebrated 23 years of independence on December 16, 2014. The Kazakh Embassy hosted a National Day reception in Washington, D.C., where Kazakh officials and friends of Kazakhstan gathered to celebrate friendship, cooperation and shared prosperity.
The evening began with an appropriate symbol of the promising future of Kazakhstan - U.S. relations: children of Kazakh heritage sang the national anthems of both Kazakhstan and the United States, the Kazakh Embassy's press service said.
