Kazakhstan's KazMunaiGas boasts 456 bln tenge of net profit in 2013

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Net profit of Kazakhstan's oil giant - KazMunaiGas company made KZT 456.8 billion in 2013, 37% above the targeted level, Vice Chairman of the Board Mr. Kurmangazy Iskaziyev announced Monday.
According to him, the company managed to beat the target mainly thanks to oil prices hike and effective production plan that was fulfilled 100%.
"The company's net profit is expected to hit the mark of KZT 334 billion next year, given the forecast for crude prices and the 2014 production plan," Mr. Iskaziyev added.
