ASTANA. January 15. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan's inflation rate hit 15-year low record in 2013," chairman of the Kazakh Statistics Agency told a briefing in Astana.
"The inflation was recorded at 4.8% over the period of December 2012-December 2013," he added.
