Kazakhstan's healthcare system among the best in the world- M. Davydov
ASTANA. September 5. KAZINFORM President of the CIS Oncologists Association Mikhail Davydov believes the level of the Kazakhstan's healthcare system among the best in the world.
"Kazakhstan has a great plan for oncology development. Screening program and cancer registry are carried out, patients are provided with free medical treatment, corresponding to the world standards, including expensive and targeted chemotherapy. With a great potential for cooperation, we meet again to share the experience and knowledge," M. Davydov said during the VII CIS Congress of oncologists and radiologists which kicked off on Wednesday in Astana.
1500 participants from 36 countries including the CIS countries, the U.S., Japan, South Korea, China, Switzerland, Germany, and Ukraine take part in the VII congress of CIS oncologists and radiologists.
