Kazakhstan's content at Zhambyl section of West Europe-West China makes 86% of work

ZHAMBYL REGION. March 14. KAZINFORM 1st Vice Premier Serik Akhmetov started his working trip by surveying the progress of realization of the West Europe-West China international highway project.
Governor of the region Kanat Bozumbayev informed the 1st Vice Premier of the preparations for the new stage of construction works. About KZT 60.9 bln was disbursed in Zhambyl region since the beginning of the project. Out of 70% contracting organizations working at the Zhambyl section are Kazakhstan-base companies. Kazakh content reached 86% of the work.
This year the region plans to put into operation 185 km of roads.
