Kazakhstan, Russia to enter into WTO on coordinated terms – Putin

ST. PETERSBURG. May 29. KAZINFORM Russia and Kazakhstan will enter into the World Trade Organization (WTO) on coordinated terms, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin told a Friday press conference. Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov was the other speaker at the press conference, Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.

"Russia and Kazakhstan have advanced in their accession to the WTO, and their entry will be easier in this format," Putin said. "However, this does not rule out tripartite integration, including Belarus."

"As soon as Belarus completes internal formalities and signs related documents, the accession will become trilateral. It will be bilateral if that does not happen," Putin said, Kazinform cites Itar-Tass. See www.itar-tass.com
