As the foreign expert noted, Russia faces many inter-ethnic and inter-faith problems to date requiring appropriate solutions. This regards the peoples of the North, Northern Caucasus etc. ?It should be noted that Russia is behind the level reached by Kazakhstan. I think that if Russia solved its problems on such level as Kazakhstan, this would bring more efficient changes?, she noted. ?It is evident that today Kazakhstan ranks the first on creation of the atmosphere of inter-ethnic and inter-religious harmony. And the People?s Assembly of Kazakhstan is a really functioning institution?, U.
