Kazakhstan puts a spotlight on human capital development
ASTANA. January 22. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan will pay utmost attention to the development of human capital in next 40 years, Chairman of the Board of "Economic Research Institute" JSC Mr. Maksat Mukhanov believes.
"Our key objective in the years to come with be the buildup of human capital. Nowadays many countries pay great attention to that aspect. The recent State-of-the-Nation Address offers us specific goals in order to develop human capital potential. First and foremost, they are: modernization of the entire system of domestic education, all levels of education, promotion of demographic, sociocultural and other factors that influence the development of our manpower," Mr. Mukhanov told the Wednesday press briefing at the Central Communications Service in Astana.
Kazakhstan has everything in place - sound demographic situation, high level of literacy and thirst for knowledge and education - to improve the living conditions and raise the quality standards.
